- Japanese cuisine often uses fish broth ("Dashi"). Can you accommodate strict vegetarians or vegans?
- Yes, we can. We carefully select and arrange restaurants and Ryokans that offer authentic "Shojin Ryori" (Japanese Buddhist vegetarian cuisine) or have a proven track record of catering to vegetarian and vegan diets, completely avoiding any animal- or fish-based broths.
- Do you provide Halal food options and accommodate prayer times/locations?
